Argolicorama Short Film
A 10-minute documentary about the Argolicorama 2022 marine waste removal project. Conceived the video, conducted all filming and interviews, wrote the script, and produced the final film with a professional editor.
This documentary was produced to capture and communicate the impact of the Argolicorama 2022 project — a marine conservation initiative in the Argolic Gulf that coordinated 16 professional fishers from Spetses to conduct beach clean-ups during the spawning season instead of fishing.
The film sought to capture both the environmental impact of the project and the perspectives of the local fishers who participated. It documented the process from planning through execution, including the challenges of coordinating multiple stakeholders and the tangible results achieved: the avoidance of 50+ fishing sorties and recovery of 4 trucks of marine waste.
As sole creative lead, the role encompassed conceiving the video concept, conducting all filming on location in the Argolic Gulf, interviewing participants and stakeholders, writing the script, and producing the final film in collaboration with a professional editor. The documentary served as a key dissemination tool for the project and a model for future conservation communication efforts.
